Marketing Business Partner AEC Industry

Remote (must reside in the Boca Raton / Ft. Lauderdale or Tampa / St. Petersburg areas)

You'll support our South Region , which includes Florida and Texas , and work closely with business leaders to drive visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support growth through marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable building campaigns, shaping pursuit strategies, or partnering with leadership.

What You'll Do :

  • Design and execute regional marketing strategies that support business goals across Florida and Texas
  • Partner with office and regional leaders in Boca Raton, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and Dallas
  • Shape pursuit strategy by identifying win themes, aligning messaging, and guiding proposal direction in collaboration with local teams
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns : social, web, PR, email, events
  • Translate market trends into actionable strategies that support business development
  • Collaborate with your manager to shape your career growth within a flexible, high-trust environment

What You Bring :

  • 7+ years in AEC marketing, commercial real estate, or professional services
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • A mindset that blends strategy and executionyou think ahead, and you follow through
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across regions
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
