Learn the insurance business from the inside out with mentorship and real-world training

Develop relationships with customers and offer a wide range of insurance products

Manage client portfolios and identify new opportunities for growth

Prepare for eventual agency ownership with full support from Farmers

Requirements

Ambitious self-starters with strong communication and people skills

Passion for helping others

Goal-oriented and coachable with a desire to grow into leadership

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (we'll help you get there)
