Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status / progress.

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega 8 platform.
  • Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
  • Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment.
  • Responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer.
  • Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
  • Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
  • Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
  • Write tests for existing and created code to ensure compatibility and stability.
  • Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience delivering solutions with Pega platform.
  • Possess one of the following certifications : CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
  • Pega 24 experience.
  • Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
  • Specialization in a functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
  • Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
  • Must have and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
