One million health practices spend $100B+ a year on admin staff, and still can't find enough people. Since COVID, offices are chronically short-staffed. Patients feel it every day in unanswered calls and confusing bills.

We believe the doctor's office of the future is run by AI. An agent that runs the business, handles the administration, and becomes the interface patients use to interact with their doctor's office.

Founded by Steijn Pelle and Frédéric Renken, we're bringing consumer product DNA to healthcare and reimagining how a million doctors and 300 million patients interact with the doctor's office.

About the role

We're hiring an engineer to build the AI agents that run doctor's offices.

These are production systems handling real money and real patient data for thousands of practices. You'll work across the full stack : agent architectures, data pipelines, evals, and the infrastructure that makes it all reliable.
