Program Manager Opportunity

I have an opening for an experienced program manager with relevant work experience related to working on technology programs and managing interdependencies across cross functional teams. A plus would be someone whom has some experience within management and execution of cloud transformation. I cannot at this time say if this role will convert to a full-time employee position as it will depend on availability. If you have a strong program manager candidate (s) please send them over. I have not started interviewing but gathering resumes at this time. Interviews will likely begin within the next 2 weeks and looking to bring onboard before end of November.

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including, but not limited to project plan creation, project kickoffs and internal status meetings, handling timeline, budget, achievements and deliverables

Work with program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation and proactively monitor risks, issues and resolutions

Experience managing and leading delivery of product development-based programs and / or strategy-based programs, and develop strategic program plans

Effective communicator (written and verbal); effectively communicating project status, risks, scope, etc. to clients and strong decision-making, facilitation skills, and drive collaboration across teams

Proven experience with leading programs in an Agile (Scrum) and / or SAFe framework is a MUST

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio

Experience with financial management is preferred

Experience in dealing with financial product datasets

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
