Key Responsibilities Provide platform support via various communication channels and ensure 24x7 coverage for customers and partners Assist customers with the configuration and use of the Taegis platform and troubleshoot potential issues Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to enhance product features and improve support documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical support roles Strong networking skills and understanding of operating system administration Familiarity with endpoint technologies and virtualized / cloud environments Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Security+, or AWS are advantageous
