Event Producer

YOU : The Event Producer will be responsible for producing extraordinary events while supporting both internal and client-facing projects. This role demands excellence in logistics, client relationships, and innovative problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and embodies our company values : Passion, Curiosity, Resourcefulness, and Commitment. You will serve as a leader in the execution of high-impact events while being the creative force driving these experiences from start to finish. Previous destination management experience preferred.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Event and Project Management :

Ability to plan organize and execute events and experiences from start to finish.

Manage tight schedules, coordinating multiple vendors, and handline last minute changes with ease.

Identifying and addressing potential issues before they become a risk to the event, client or company

Client and Stakeholder Communication :

Maintaining clear and open lines of communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Translating client visions into real-world experiences by understanding their expectations, preferences, and goals.

Sales and Marketing :

Ability to understand the client’s needs, offering personalized solutions and maintaining long term relationships.

Understanding how to market the destination and our services to attract clients.

Utilize creativity to capture impactful moments to elevate social media presence of the company and the client.

Managing budgets effectively and providing value to the client while ensuring quality service

Maximizing profitability through pricing strategies, scope development, and upselling opportunities

Vendor and Partner Relations :

Build relationships with local vendors, hotels, venues and service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.

Understand contracts and ensure compliance to protect both the client and the company.

Destination Expertise :

Deep understanding of the destination including geography, attractions, transportation, legal requirements, and suppliers.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors, hotels, venues and service providers to deliver unique experiences.

Commitment to community engagement ensuring our work benefits the local community and local partners.

Time Management : Managing tight schedules, coordinating multiple vendors, and handling last-minute changes with ease.

Negotiation Skills : Building relationships with venues, transportation providers, caterers, and other key suppliers to secure favorable rates and terms.

Effective Communication : Maintaining clear and open lines of communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for client acquisition and partnerships.

Event Management Software : Leveraging tools like CRM systems, budgeting platforms, and communication software to streamline operations.

Digital Marketing and Social Media : Using online platforms / social media to promote services, events, and destinations.
