We're seeking an Air Distribution Project Manager in Albuquerque to lead ductwork and air distribution projects from design through installation for commercial facilities.

Responsibilities
Manage air distribution projects including ductwork fabrication and installationOversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for field crewsCoordinate with mechanical engineers and general contractors on design-build projectsLead value engineering efforts to optimize duct routing and material selectionReview shop drawings and submittals for compliance with specificationsConduct site visits to monitor installation quality and progressManage subcontractor relationships and ensure safety complianceProcess change orders and maintain project documentationRequirements
Must-Haves
5+ years managing commercial ductwork or air distribution projectsExperience with HVAC system design and SMACNA standardsStrong understanding of construction documents and specificationsProven ability to manage project budgets from $500K to $5M+Excellent communication skills with clients, engineers, and field teamsNice-to-Haves
OSHA 30 certificationExperience with CAD or BIM coordination softwareBackground in sheet metal fabricationKnowledge of energy modeling and LEED requirementsCompensation & Logistics
