ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

We have a great new local government position for an Accounting Assistant with part-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 1pm.

Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for processing invoices and reimbursements to vendors and employees. You will prepare the invoices for payment and enter in to the accounting program.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Skills : Experience with SAP

Previous experience in government accounting

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Good data entry skills

Knowledge of Excel

2-3 years experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable
