A growing, multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking a licensed P.E. to join its Water Resources team. This hands-on, client-facing role supports public and private sector projects while leading technical delivery, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead water resources projects : stormwater master planning, drainage / stormwater design, H&H modeling (1D / 2D), permitting, and capital improvements.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and project schedules.
- Mentor staff and ensure project quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Perform civil engineering tasks including erosion / sediment control and green infrastructure.
- Conduct fieldwork as needed.
Qualifications :
B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)Licensed P.E., preferably in Georgia10+ years of water resources experienceExpertise in stormwater management, H&H modeling, green infrastructure, and erosion / sediment controlProficiency in AutoCAD, ArcMap, and hydrologic / hydraulic software (HEC-RAS, ICPR4, XPSWMM preferred)Strong communication, organization, and project management skillsBenefits :
