Summary :

The 340B Program Manager is responsible for managing participation in the 340B Program for all 340B Covered Entities (CEs) in the system, ensuring all use of 340B throughout the organization is fully compliant with HRSA regulations and CE policies. Responsible for achieving maximum utilization of 340B pricing through full 340B Program participation in all areas of qualified use, meeting objectives defined by hospital leadership. Responsible for monitoring, and assessing the potential institutional impact, of new and proposed 340B regulations and changes to 340B rulings and interpretations. Responsible for adherence to and maintenance of 340B related policies and procedures. Responsible for providing 340B compliance program updates. Responsible for ensuring participation qualifications are met and maintained and all site registration is completed. Develops and maintains both internal and external relationships with 340B stakeholders.

Other information :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification required.
  • Two years of operational experience in an active 340B program required.
  • Registration with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician in good standing.
  • Current Pharmacy Technician national certification.
  • Basic knowledge of math, the metric system, and pharmaceutical products & dosage forms.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical purchasing processes with drug wholesalers and manufacturers.
  • Proficient knowledge of operating system software, 340B split bill software, desktop applications (e.g., Excel), and pharmacy information system applications as they relate to pharmacy process workflow and charge function.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various Baptist Health Departments (e.g., pharmacy, legal, finance, Information Systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
