This position will be based onsite at our Las Vegas, Nevada site location.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inquiries, issues, and concerns from developers regarding their submitted apps.
  • Provide innovative solutions to various questions and challenges.
  • Engage with developers through email and chat to address their needs.
  • Calmly de-escalate any issues that arise.
  • Simplify complex issues to create clear summaries for communication with app developers.
  • Conduct detailed research with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate expert communication skills, with the ability to proofread and review documents for publication.
  • Maintain and curate information effectively.
  • Multitask while making informed decisions.
  • Master Play Store policies and empathize with app developers.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Must be able to work 100% onsite.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong written communication skills complemented by analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Google Developer Platforms (Play Store, Chrome Web Store).
  • Experience using Google Suite.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and terminology (APIs, APK, ARM, Bootloader, Doze, Fragmentation, NFC).
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass skills assessment and all subsequent interviews.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
