Director Of Corporate Partnerships
Position Overview : The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for generating new sponsorships for the Philadelphia 76ers and other select HBSE properties. The Director will partner and work closely with key individuals internally and externally regarding new business partnerships for HBSE. The Director will work closely with the Solutions and Partnership Activation teams, other organizational departments, as well as additional staff as needed. The candidate selected into this key role will have a proven track record as a new revenue generator as well as consistently securing six and seven-figure investments. The Director should already have an established reputation and track record of success gained with a combination of major brands, teams, and agencies. The candidate will report directly to the Vice President & Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Compensation And Benefits : The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $105,000 / year. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, including : eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and commission eligibility. This position will be an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
