About the Role

The ideal candidate must have a passion for social change, at least 6 years of experience in paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization, and a background in agency, nonprofit, or political work in digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing. Applicants for the Vice President, Digital Ads position at the company should possess a deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, with a proven track record in top-of-funnel tactics that support direct-response goals.
