The Ash Group is hiring a Telecommunications Field Performance Advisor (FPA) for a hybrid role based in Fresno, CA , supporting our client ( a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G / 5G networks ).
This critical role requires 7+ years of relevant industry experience with strong knowledge of general construction processes in telecommunications. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement by engaging directly with Suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, enforce quality standards , and maximize tool utilization across 4G / 5G network deployment.
Role Details
- Compensation : Competitive pay rate of $56 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage in regular on-site visits to Suppliers to review and analyze key performance metrics, including cycle time, Close Out Package (COP) first-time-right, and Ericsson tool utilization.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure real-time discrepancies related to safety (JHA compliance) and construction quality are corrected.
- Identify, design, and develop process improvements for Suppliers' site construction methods and propose cross-market advancements, collaborating with Automation teams.
- Act as a representative of Ericsson to share feedback, recommend solutions, and ensure Suppliers adhere to all Ericsson and customer processes, methods, and tools.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by reporting field findings, actions taken, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant work / industry experience , preferably in telecommunications construction or network deployment.
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul) and the ability to provide design solutions and guidance on the order of operations.
- Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers and ensuring adherence to construction and quality standards.
- Completion of the approved OSHA 30-hour course for the telecommunications industry is required.
- Strong consultative, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision.
