This role is pivotal in shaping sales strategies and meeting ambitious revenue targets, and the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial real estate network or experience in selling to asset managers. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should be prepared for a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires the ability to travel as needed, up to 20%, to engage with prospects, close deals, and build long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working without BDR support, and will be instrumental in steering growth initiatives. The company has a strong focus on revenue and is looking for a candidate who can meet a quota of 2 net new logos per month, with an average deal size of around $100K and a sales cycle of 90-120 days.
