Assist in problem-solving, addressing concerns of customersAttend / participate in company meetings as a representative of the DMV department.Ensure proper scanning of DMV forms into internal drive and databaseFollow-up regularly with pending itemsMaintain and respond with clearly written emails and provide excellent customer service internally and externallyMaintain proper records and meet DMV deadlinesMaintain / Check-In / Correct MSOs locally and multi-stateObtain third party quotesPrepare all DMV forms required for each individual dealReview DMV Report(s) DailySave incoming DMV documents to internal drive and databaseScan and save DMV documents as outlined in the guidelineMinimum Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent2 Years minimum ICP knowledge1+ years clerical or administrative experienceComputer Skills (Microsoft Office)Strong communication skills both orally and writtenDetail orientedAssist with training othersAbility to multi-taskExtremely diligent in follow throughPhysical RequirementsBy lingoJob Type : Full-time
