Pay : $15$18 / hour + Weekly & Monthly Bonuses

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you outgoing, confident, and motivated by success? Our fast-growing insurance agency in San Antonio, TX is hiring Telemarketers to connect with new customers and set appointments for our licensed agents.

What Youll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients ( leads provided no cold lists! )
• Introduce our auto, home, and life insurance products
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience on every call

Compensation & Benefits

• $15$18 per hour , depending on experience
• Weekly performance bonuses , including :

$10 bonus per qualified appointment

• $10 bonus per sold policy originating from your leads
• $100 weekly target bonus for hitting 25 appointments
• Monthly incentives (gift cards, contests, lunches, etc.)
• Paid training no license required to start
• Advancement opportunity : Well help top performers become licensed insurance agents (we can even sponsor your license after 90 days!)
• Flexible schedules (full-time or part-time)

Top performers earn $50,000$60,000+ annually through hourly pay and bonuses.

What Were Looking For

• Great communication and phone skills
• Positive, dependable, and motivated personality
• Goal-oriented and comfortable making outbound calls
• Prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (but not required!)
