Raytheon is looking for a Scrum Master in our Arbitrary Agile Release Train . Our teams provide subject matter expertise for concept development, architectural design, requirements generation & flow down, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, software development, integration, test and evaluation of world-class Missile Defense & Sensors to be achieved through our people, processes, technology and performance.

This position is on site in Woburn, MA

What You Will Do :

You will define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements and develop software for those requirements to ensure effective implementation. Some specific responsibilities include :

• Capability / Feature Design for Arbitrary Waveform Generation
• Requirements development and detailed design packages
• Prepare briefings for customer working groups and PDR presentations
• Perform software development including requirement explanation, Q&A handling, and performance analysis of feature implementation to gauge whether the feature is complete and meetings design expectations.
• Create and coordinate team meetings, sprint planning and reviews, retrospectives and standups
• Verify backlog readiness for planning and execution
• Identify and champion resolution of impediments
• Track and report team agile metrics

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
