About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales Operations to lead and direct the effectiveness of sales operations, with a focus on opportunity management, sales metrics, reporting and analytics, operations optimization, and the implementation of sales programs and GTM initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales operations function, leading a large, global team, and ensuring the accuracy and pace of all quoting, sales orders, change orders, and contracting processes. This role requires a champion for the implementation of AI technologies to drive automation and productivity, as well as a leader who can establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in opportunity management and pipeline hygiene. The VP SalesOps will also be a key partner to senior sales leadership in identifying and implementing sales process improvements and will be instrumental in the successful launch of new sales programs and initiatives. Applicants for the VP, Sales Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales operations experience in a B2B sales environment, with a preference for those with a background in cloud-based or SaaS sales. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred, and the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of managing large, decentralized, and global teams in a high-volume, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
