A company is looking for an Affiliate Solutions Consultant. Key Responsibilities Lead project management and oversee daily operations for Customer Care and the Global Referral Network across multiple franchise brands Participate in outbound calling campaigns to support various franchise systems on brand-specific topics and business requirements Facilitate consultations on key products and programs, record interactions via Zendesk, and provide campaign reporting and feedback Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support / customer service, preferably in real estate / franchising Strong technical skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
