Promote and ensure strict compliance with all safety environmental and energy policies. Lead prevention initiatives and intervene in case of accidents. Authority to stop any activity presenting danger to people equipment or the environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a strong operational leader to manage our plant and ensure excellence in safety quality delivery cost and service . As the legal representative of the site the Plant Manager oversees all operations leads the management team ensures compliance with IATF / ISO standards and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant operations and ensure achievement of QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives.
- Full P&L responsibility budget preparation and cost management.
- Implement and enforce QHSE policies in accordance with group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure successful customer certification and regulatory audits.
- Trigger Red Alert processes when major risks arise.
- Drive productivity investment planning and operational performance.
- Manage develop and support a team of 20 employees; ensure a positive social climate.
- Maintain order cleanliness and compliance with all HSE and labour regulations.
- Report major deviations and provide weekly performance updates to the European Operations Department.
