Job Title : QA Specialist

Location : Jefferson City, MO

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour (Shift A)

Project Hours of Operation : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM CT

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated QA Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of work performed by staff in alignment with project standards, contractual requirements, and performance measures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in supporting continuous improvement efforts within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate staff performance against established project standards and contractual obligations.
  • Assist with developing, designing, and recommending strategies to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Contribute to the creation, analysis, and distribution of performance reports and project indicators.
  • Identify knowledge gaps among staff and develop targeted training and support plans.
  • Conduct routine monitoring activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Support in monitoring team performance to ensure contractual requirements are consistently met.
  • Stay current on policies and procedures, assisting with updates and creating new processes as needed.
  • Assist in producing and maintaining staff resource materials, including quick reference guides, workflows, charts, and matrices.
  • Provide training support to staff when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 02 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting team objectives.
