Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate refinance options for all loan types of Conv FHA and VA
• Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
• Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals
• Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls texts emails) using CRM and scripts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing
