GEPW - Field Engineer III

Client is urgently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead training initiatives and support LMS content development. This role will replace a current team member exiting on / , with immediate onboarding needed for knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead training design using ADDIE methodology across Sales, Engineering, Quoting, or Industrial Markets teams
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop skill checklists, exams, and course content (live and eLearning)
• Manage LMS operations : content updates, student registration, instructor support
• Maintain training website and align with LMS offerings
• Develop technical training curricula and drive continuous improvement
