    • Assessment and Evaluation : Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' functional abilities, with a focus on activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

    • Individualized Care Plans : Develop tailored intervention plans to improve residents' independence in daily activities.

    • Section GG Data Collection : Ensure accurate and consistent collection of Section GG data for Annual, Quarterly, Falls, and Significant Change assessments.

    • Treatment : Administer OT interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment provision, and environmental modifications.
