job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee the reliability, security, extensibility, and accessibility of systems processing thousands of solar sites Mentor and lead junior engineers to contribute to team growth and strength Collaborate with software product, UX design, and development teams to enhance user interfaces Design, develop, and deploy technology solutions supporting business objectives Engage with domain experts and customers to understand their needs and enhance user experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and React with Redux Experience in a cloud-native architecture and delivering projects in an engineering organization Familiarity with object-oriented and functional programming, as well as working with databases Experience with code reviews and CI / CD pipelines Experience in full-stack development and distributed / parallel computing Familiarity with Kotlin, service-oriented architecture, and Kubernetes Knowledge of AWS (or equivalent), SQL, and JavaScript Experience with time-series data and monitoring tools like Prometheus / Grafana Previous experience mentoring and helping grow a team in a high-growth startup environment
