Position Overview :
Under general supervision, this position provides the collection of blood specimens by venipuncture and skin puncture, accessioning, labeling, and processing of all specimens in the Clinical Laboratory.
Job Description : EDUCATION
HS Diploma or equivalent education / experience
Other : Attend State of California Approved Phlebotomy training program.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician I
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN :
Prior specimen handling experience.
Microsoft Windows 2000, Word, Excel experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.

Pay Range is $26.42 to $34.29 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
