A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist III to manage the onboarding process for new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Communicate preemployment requirements and monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and screenings
Conduct check-ins with new hires and maintain a systematic record-keeping system for preemployment documents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with Human Resource platforms such as ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage is preferred
