The Marketing Specialist Integrated Marketing supports the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role works closely with the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, brand-right, and effectively executed. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. This position is hybrid, 3 days in office in Coppell, TX - fully remote work is not available for this position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Assists with account management of all go-to-market campaigns, including timelines, creative concepts, and deliverables.
• Collaborates with internal partners (Creative, Social, Merchandising, Digital, Ecomm, etc.) to bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Contributes to brand storytelling by helping create compelling marketing briefs that align content and promotional messaging.
• Stays ahead of consumer and cultural trends, competitive retail activity, and industry news to inform marketing strategies.
• Partners with analytics to review campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assists with presentation development to share progress, results, and insights with stakeholders.
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and ensure seamless campaign execution.
