What you’ll achieve
As a DFS Account Manager, you will be responsible to cross sell, win high value buyer base, grow client opportunities, and standardize process. You will work directly with Dell SB sales reps on effective positioning of financing solutions, policies and regulations behind DFS product, deliver objection resolution training, and teach up-sell techniques using the DFS product.
You will :
Work cross functionally with DFS Credit, Pricing, Asset Protection Services (APS), DASH team, resolution specialist, operations, etc.
Present DFS payment solutions to internal and external customers
Responsible to drive lease originations and grow client pen rate
Examine trends and design solutions to improve performance
Track daily progress of assigned reps and teams

Essential Requirements
Graduating with a Bachelors degree in May 2026 with a degree including (but are not limited to) Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, International Business, Mathematics, Operations and Management Strong knowledge base to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions using Dell specialized products and services
Interest in technical sales & strong foundation of Dell product portfolio.
Desirable Requirements
Adept in providing total solutions and providing cross segment teamwork
Engages in extra-curricular activities, student organization leadership, and / or volunteering
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $76,075 - $98,450 which includes base salary and commissions.
