Program Manager V
- Lead end-to-end risk assessments for projects and initiatives involving people data, maintaining accountability throughout the process and collaborating with legal
- Lead the resolution of issues identified during reviews, working in partnership with legal and cross-functional compliance teams.
- Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders, leadership
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.
- Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.
- Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.
- Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.
Qualifications :
Risk management or Compliance expertise; preferably nd line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within a Tech companyProven ability to conduct risk assessments for privacy, employment, security, and AI compliance in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Have working knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies.Demonstrate data analytical skills, creativity, and experience working with attention to detailExperience maintaining open, candid, and trusting work relationships with both engineering teams and legal partners.Our benefits package includes :
