As our Product Development Manager, you'll help shape the next generation of Philz favorites; from the first spark of an idea to the moment a customer falls in love with a delicious new beverage. You'll dig deep into what our community craves, blending creativity, intuition, and data to bring meaningful food and beverage experiences to life. Develop infrastructure, process and systems to enable an organized and scalable product development function. This role is remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying closely connected to where the action happens - our stores. To make the most of that connection, you'll need to be based in either the San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles. What You'll Do

Product Discovery

• Research and establish various consumer data resources and use resources to understand the consumer's demographic, psychographic and behavioral drivers and identify unmet consumer need(s).
• Leverage marketplace data and trends to evaluate the competitive landscape and create strategies and recommendations for future Philz product development.
• Complete opportunity assessment to determine opportunities for growth with existing in-store product offerings.

A reasonable estimate of the starting annual base salary for this role is $125,000 to $150,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.
