• Recruiting both physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join the practice
• Responsibilities include providing orientation, mentoring, and monitoring the progress of new providers to ensure successful integration
• Core duties encompass supervising IAC team members, managing schedules, attending meetings, ensuring compliance with governing bodies, and providing direct patient care
• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $145 / hour to $175 / hour plus additional leadership stipend
