KBW has teamed up with a growing technology company seeking an Assistant Controller for their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization. The Assistant Controller will work closely with the VP / Controller and be part of a company growing both organically and by acquisition. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the following :
- Month end close and financial statements
- GAAP / Technical accounting
- Manage staff of 5-7
- Policy implementations / changes
- Reporting and analysis
- Implement policies and procedures
- Advising business leaders on complex financial accounting issues
- Special projects
The ideal candidate will have the following experience :
Hybrid Schedule
Compensation : $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonus, equity
