Role : AI Solution Lead

Location : Open to travel to Chicago as per need

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions & Delivery Lead with strong expertise in document intelligence / document extraction and end-to-end AI solution implementation. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring ownership of delivery, technical solutioning, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Delivery Lead & Solutions Expert for AI / document-intelligence programs.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, solution design, and implementation.
  • Lead and mentor a 10-member engineering team; run daily standups; guide design, architecture, and execution.
  • Hands-on development in document processing, OCR, NLP, layout analysis, and automated data extraction.
  • Build and deploy solutions using Azure Synapse and other Azure AI services.
  • Ensure QA, compliance, and quality controls aligned with industry standards (ISO, FDA, data privacy, etc.).
  • Work closely with business / IT stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate effectively.
  • Travel to client site when required (Chicago preferred).

Required Skills

  • 1012 years experience in AI / ML solution design and implementation
  • Strong hands-on experience in document intelligence, OCR, key-value extraction, tables, unstructured-to-structured conversion
  • Strong delivery ownership; not a portfolio managerneeds to be hands-on
  • Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Cognitive Services, AI apps
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive delivery, and manage client-facing interactions
  • Experience in data & AI consulting environment preferred
