About the Role :
The Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment within construction and industrial settings in Freeport, TX. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety management systems that align with regulatory standards and company policies. The Safety Representative leads accident investigations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. They actively promote occupational health and industrial safety practices through continuous safety training and behavior-based safety programs. Ultimately, this role aims to minimize workplace hazards, reduce incidents, and foster a culture of safety awareness among all employees and contractors.
