Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of support professionals to ensure high-quality customer interactions
Oversee support operations for enterprise customers, optimizing workflows and processes
Analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and / or aligned experience
6+ years of experience in customer support / operations roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position within a SaaS environment
Expertise in enterprise-level support and white glove services
Proficiency with customer support operational tools and CRM platforms
Experience in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making
