Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Steel Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding career advancement opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with contract requirements and project schedules
  • Review construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Requests for raw materials needed for fabrication
  • Process RFIs and change orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and coordinate shop drawing workflows, fabrication schedules, and field installation activities
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
  • Participate in construction site meetings as required

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe technical and spatial information in English
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required
