About the Role

Applicants for the Senior Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data and research related to healthcare policy, with a strong background in statistical analyses, research methodologies, and a deep understanding of health policy and financing. A Ph.D. is preferred, and a Master's degree or higher is required. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and mentor a team, and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
