St. Joseph's, a Villa Center is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! The Receptionist assists the Administrator and other key personnel in managing the incoming calls and schedules. The Receptionist greets employees, residents, and guests in a timely manner and with great professionalism while maintaining security.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities :

• Works closely with Concierge and other departments to ensure communication when there is a visitor in the facility.
• Answers all calls coming into the facility in a professional manner and tone, transferring and routing appropriately.
• Oversees all mail in facility, including sorting and distributing mail.
• Efficiently contacts appropriate staff members with referrals – Plays key role with ensuring all referral related calls get to the right party in the proper amount of time.
• Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Sends emails and faxes.
• May input admission or patient information into the computer system as required.
• All other duties, as assigned.
