We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for air barrier, spray foam insulation, and waterproofing systems for commercial projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to assess materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data for accurate bids.
• Ensure estimates reflect the scope of work, product selections, and overall project requirements.
• Perform takeoffs and provide labor, material, and overhead costs for bids.
• Assist in the negotiation process with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track and manage bid schedules to ensure timely submission.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and project reviews as necessary.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to air barrier, spray foam, and waterproofing systems.
