Job Description :

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Reject and document unsatisfactory items.
  • Package and prepare products for final shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges.
  • Maintain accurate records of merchandise shipped and received.
  • Review customer orders and distribute merchandise and materials within inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
  • Work with carriers to resolve inbound and outbound shipping issues.
  • Lift and move items up to lbs in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
  • Understanding of carrier AWB and master waybill numbers.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with carriers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Forklift experience (certification is a plus).
  • Experience with Oracle systems.
  • Document archiving and retrieval experience.
