Infrastructure Engineer Associate

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incident and problem management duties using existing tools and processes

Package, maintain, and deploy applications, including security patches on client systems and servers

Create and maintain documentation to support systems and participate in ongoing testing of Business Resumption plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science preferred

2 years of experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting infrastructure elements required

2 years of experience with documentation management and standard operating procedures required

Experience with technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows Server required
