Practice Management Applications Manager

A company is looking for a Practice Management and Service Delivery Applications Manager. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate logistics and activities for onboarding and upgrading Practice Management platforms Maintain application inventory and support documentation, ensuring alignment with governance needs Manage internal and third-party application support resources, triaging issues and ensuring resolution Qualifications : 5+ years in application support, project coordination, or technology operations in professional services Strong understanding of Practice Management and workflow software in multi-office environments Proficiency in managing multiple projects and implementation timelines Detail-oriented and organized with a sense of accountability Experience with vendors like CCH, Aiwyn, or Intuit is a plus
