Reporting to the COO, you'll oversee employee relations, benefits, recruitment, compliance, training, and more. This is a full-time, onsite position with our client, a nonprofit faith-based organization located in Holyoke, MA. It is a direct hire opportunity with our client.

Your Role in Our Mission

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
• Serve as point person for employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Massachusetts employment law
• Manage benefits programs, leave requests, short-term disability, and workers' comp claims
• Coordinate training programs on safety, compliance, and professional development
• Promote employee engagement, retention initiatives, and feedback mechanisms
• Lead employee satisfaction surveys and deliver actionable insights to strengthen workplace environment and retention
• Oversee offboarding and ensure smooth transitions
