We serve a unique mix of wholesale and retail customers which allows us to operate outside of traditional retail hours. We are closed on nights Sundays and holidays giving our employees a better work-life balance.

This position will be located at our Billings Store;

Compensation & Schedule :

• Full-Time : 40 hours per week.
• Starting Pay : $20 per hour.
• Pay Range : $20 - $24 per hour
• Annual Bonus : Discretionary year-end bonus.

Job Description :

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Counter Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented eager to learn and always looking to expand their product knowledge and customer relationships!

A Day in the Life :

As a Counter Sales Associate you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them in selecting applying and purchasing a wide range of fasteners industrial hardware tools and maintenance and shop supplies . You will serve a variety of industries including transportation heavy equipment maintenance and repair departments sand / gravel pits and machine shops . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving working with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
