Pay Rate : Min $40.13 Mid $50.16Position Summary

Responsible for leading and organizing daily lab operations and assisting the Cardiologist on all procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab, including : device implants and arrhythmia ablations as needed. Serves the needs of the team and patients by overseeing the development, integration, and evaluation of the effectiveness of safety, patient, and standard work protocols and their effects on patient care and outcomes. Delivers direct / indirect team and patient care through data collection, assessment, and outcomes; implementation and prioritization of team and patient's needs. Demonstrates sound judgment and critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age-specific care; demonstrates department-specific competencies. Document accurately and in a timely manner. Effectively interacts with the team, patients, families and physicians while maintaining standards of the cath and electrophysiology laboratory and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
