POSITION SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will participate in the execution of the Airtechs quality management processes and contribute to the continued improvement of the quality management system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Quality Management :

• Perform internal process and quality system audits; maintain the Airtech internal audit plan
• Facilitate ISO9001 certification audits
• Manage the corrective actions business process
• Facilitate the disposition of non-conforming material
• Support engineering with the assessment of process / product risk and the implementation of control plans
• Support and develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) with Manufacturing and New Product Development
• Participate in the review of product and process change requests
• Support the calibration and monitoring of measurement equipment
• Manage the data collection and SPC system
• Issue quality alerts in response to customer complaints and process excursions

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $94600.00 - $142000.00 depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
