About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for its ASO (Administrative Services Only) segment. This senior-level, individual contributor role is pivotal in driving new business growth within the National and Strategic Accounts (NASA) segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to contract execution, and will be expected to own and exceed new business sales goals. Key responsibilities include cultivating strategic relationships with national benefits consultants, brokers, and employer decision-makers, driving consultative sales conversations, and partnering with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within ASO and self-funded employer groups, and a deep understanding of ASO models, healthcare cost containment strategies, and employer benefits dynamics.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales, ASO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in selling health insurance, healthcare services, or related solutions to national or jumbo accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong broker and consultant relationships, executive presence, and excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
